Due to the continued expansion of Caribbean Catering Services, we can offer a motivated Food and Beverage Professional an excellent career opportunity as an Gerente Comedores Institucionales.You will work closely with the company’s Global Operations Centre Team and will be focused on monitoring the logistics and procurement catering to private aircrafts and liaising with our global Catering Partners to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. Sound knowledge and experience of managing databases is essential and food and beverage knowledge would be an advantage.

You will also be required to work 8 hour shifts 5 days per week as per the order monitoring roster (roster will be between the hours of 08:00 and 21:00 and will include one weekend shift). You will enjoy a positive work environment, with access to good training and support. Successful individuals will be given the opportunity to fast track progression within CCS.
